Arthur is a true Atlanta native. In fact, he lives in the same neighborhood where he was raised. Arthur attended the University of Georgia and then graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance. He began his career with one of the largest financial firms in the country then transitioned to an internet based firm before ending up in a private practice with several CPAs for over four years. There he learned high level tax management concepts and strategies that his clients benefit from today.

Arthur is also the President of our insurance agency, oXYGen Financial Insurance, Inc. that provides life, disability, long term care and health insurance coverage for all clients of oXYGen Financial. He has been known in the Atlanta community as one of the best in the city when it comes to tax advantaged retirement plans for small business owners, and is considered among the best insurance advisors in the metro area. He joined oXYGen Financial to provide his clients with the best service, and support in a truly objective environment.
