Carter came to oXYGen Financial from the not for profit organization Prevent Blindness Georgia, where she worked for two years. Carter helps our office Breathe Easier™ by delivering the finest quality administrative service experience in the industry. She oversees our entire back office processes including: paperless imaging, processing, and our entire patented oXYGen Financial system we use with clients. She is also in charge of our community service efforts, outside programs, and public relations for the firm.

Carter is one of few true Atlanta natives and currently resides in Buckhead. She attended SMU in Dallas, TX where she graduated with a degree in corporate communication and public affairs. Carter brings tremendous qualities to oXYGen Financial including her tireless dedication and work ethic towards helping our clients Breathe Easier™ about their financial lives. Carter currently serves as a member of the Alumni Association of The Lovett School.
