Diane moved to Atlanta 10 years ago from California. In addition to graduating top in her class from the University of Phoenix where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, she has more than 20 years’ small business accounting and taxation experience.She came to oXYGen Financial Tax and Business Services after negotiating a buyout from an engineering firm in Alpharetta where she was the acting CFO and partner for 8 years.

Having owned and operated several very successful businesses, she feels her experience allows her to relate to the small business owner in a very unique way.She has discovered that most small business owners feel that accounting is the Achilles heel of operating a business. Her business model for providing accounting services for business owners does not stop at basic bookkeeping but includes helping her clients understand their business finances and build a model to grow and succeed.
