During Eric's tenure at another firm, he was chosen as one of two, out of many advisors, to mentor under a former group vice president who stepped down to go into private practice. Eventually he would join the former executive in opening oXYGen Financial, which was designed to cater to the X&Y Generations. "Most of the large financial firms seem to overlook an important generation, and I want to take care of them," explains Pucciarelli.

Eric attributes his success to providing his clients with superior and dependable service down to the smallest of details, which allow his clients to breathe easier. He believes that exceptional advice and service coupled with ongoing client education, is what will allow his clients to make their goals both real and actionable.

Eric is a native of Atlanta, and currently resides in Cobb County. Eric graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's in Business Management, minor in Marketing, and a Master's of Business Administration degree. After entering the financial industry, Eric quickly became part of the leadership team and has won awards which include the Mercury Award for early high achievement.
