A proud native of Atlanta, Whitney recently graduated from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in investments. Whitney was actively involved at GSU where she was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, The Finance Society, and the Panthers on Wall Street team of 2011. Before pursuing her Bachelor’s degree, she received her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State College.

Whitney joined oXYGen Financial as an intern in 2011, and is passionate about the company’s commitment to unbiased financial guidance and concentration on the often ignored generation X and Y client. She is currently working toward being fully licensed and ultimately becoming a Private CFO with us later this year. Whitney has wanted to pursue a career in financial planning for years, because of her desire to help people, and the importance of planning for the future and the unexpected.

In her spare time, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, going to the lake, relaxing in Daytona Beach, travel, playing the piano, and going to concerts.
